You’ll receive your monthly sessions at the start of each month. You can then book using one of two options:

Option A: Let us know a specific day/time you’d like, and we’ll reserve it for you as a recurring slot until you notify us otherwise.

Option B: Use our booking sheet to schedule sessions whenever it suits you.

The standard membership includes 28 per month (one per week) with varying hours. If you need more days or something specific to you, just let us know—we can create a custom package for you.

Yes! We provide a full backline, but if you’d like to leave any equipment at the studio, we offer secure storage.

To cancel, simply notify us and cancel your direct debit. You’ll still have access to any remaining sessions until the end of the month.

Free parking is available along Burdett Road opposite Mile End Park and Pavilion.

Paid parking is available at St Paul’s, Bow Common if needed.

Parking is free outside the studio after 5:30 PM on weekdays and all weekend.
